Sea Buckthorn Infused Set Honey

We blend our velvety soft-set honey with Sea Buckthorn extract. Often called the "Lemon of the North," Sea Buckthorn is a nutritional powerhouse. It is naturally packed with Vitamin C and is one of the few plant sources of Omega-7 fatty acids, which are traditionally valued for supporting healthy skin and mucous membranes. This blend offers a vibrant, zesty kick. Sea Buckthorn has a unique, sharp flavour somewhere between pineapple and citrus. The natural sweetness of the honey softens this tartness, creating a bright, golden-orange spread. Its thick texture is perfect for spreading generously on warm toast, or for stirring into tea to add a fruity, citrusy lift.

Unsuitable for infants under 12 months. Unpasteurised. Store at room temperature. Crystallisation may occur.
