Shipping policy

1. Delivery Partners We ship nationwide using Evri for both Standard and Express deliveries. If Evri is unable to service your specific address, we will automatically fulfill your order using an alternative trusted carrier—such as DPD, Parcelforce, or Royal Mail—to ensure your package arrives safely.

2. Delivery Options and Timelines

• Standard Delivery: 3–5 working days.

• Next Day Delivery: 1–2 working days (Orders must be placed before 6:00 PM to qualify for next-day dispatch).

3. Local Delivery If you are located within a 2-mile radius of our trading address (SO30 2NZ), we offer a personal local delivery service. We aim to hand-deliver your order directly to your door within 0–2 days.

4. Order Tracking You will receive a confirmation email when your order is placed, followed by a dispatch notification containing your tracking information once your package is handed over to our delivery partners. Please note that "working days" exclude weekends and UK bank holidays.
