We are a husband and wife team dedicated to quality over quantity, and we invite you to explore the world of honey with us. Our journey began in the heart of the Czech Republic, where the aroma and flavour of high-quality, local honey were a part of everyday life. When we moved to the UK in 2016, we found ourselves missing that authentic taste.
What started as bringing back a few jars for ourselves and friends soon grew into a passion project. The demand from the local Czech and Slovak community was overwhelming, and we realised there was a genuine desire for pure, single-origin honey here in the UK. This led us to found Bee Honey Ltd, turning our passion into a business so we could share these exceptional flavours with a wider audience.
We believe honey, much like wine, has its own unique character with each passing year and harvest. Our business has since expanded beyond Czech borders to include incredible honeys from around the world such us local English honey, famous Manuka from New Zealand, and much more!
We have no interest in competing with local English beekeepers; instead, we aim to complement the market by offering a diverse range of high-quality products that customers may have never had the chance to try before. We are committed to working directly with farms, ensuring every jar of honey meets our high standards and delivers a taste you'll never forget.
How Our Honey Is Made
Our honey begins with small, trusted beekeepers who harvest with respect for nature and the bees themselves. Every batch is collected gently, minimally processed, and kept as close to its natural state as possible — no blending, no heating that would damage its character, no shortcuts. Each jar reflects its origin, the season, and the careful hands that brought it to life. We select every variety personally, choosing only honeys we believe carry a story worth sharing.
