Honeydew (Forest) Honey

Unlike floral honeys, this variety is created from the honeydew found on trees rather than flower nectar. This gives it a deep, dark colour and a savoury, malty taste that is less sweet than standard honey. It is naturally packed with minerals like potassium, magnesium and iron. It has a thick, smooth texture that pairs beautifully with strong cheeses or in marinades. It also naturally contains specific complex sugars (oligosaccharides) that are known to be friendly to the digestive system and support gut health.

Unsuitable for infants under 12 months. Unpasteurised. Store at room temperature. Crystallisation may occur.
