We blend our velvety soft-set honey with rich cocoa and pure cocoa butter. Cocoa is famously packed with flavonoids (antioxidants) and is naturally known to help lift the mood. This combination creates a deeply satisfying treat that provides natural energy without the refined sugars or palm oil found in standard chocolate spreads. The secret to this blend is the addition of cocoa butter. It gives the honey an incredibly luxurious, silky texture that melts in the mouth like a chocolate ganache.
