Cayenne Pepper Creamed Honey

We blend our velvety soft-set honey with spicy cayenne pepper. Cayenne is rich in capsaicin, a compound traditionally recognised for supporting healthy metabolism and circulation. This combination unites the natural energy of honey with the stimulating heat of the pepper. This blend offers a thrilling "sweet heat" experience. The initial smooth sweetness is quickly followed by a warming, spicy kick. Thanks of its thick consistency it is fantastic to melt into warm dishes, for melting over hot pizza or strong cheese, spreading onto burgers, or using as a rich base for sticky marinades.

Unsuitable for infants under 12 months. Unpasteurised. Store at room temperature. Crystallisation may occur.
